With 30 years in optical retail, I bring a combination of operational expertise, leadership, and strategic insight to every engagement.

As a licensed optician and experienced senior manager and director, I’ve spent decades leading teams, optimizing business operations, and managing high-impact projects across retail, clinical operations, and ecommerce.
My background in project management allows me to guide cross-functional teams through complex transformations — aligning vision, process, and people to achieve lasting results. It’s this structured, collaborative, and outcome-driven approach that shapes Strategeyez consulting today.
A Passion for Progress
My first retail job revealed to me I thrive in fast-paced, challenging environments. When I found my way into optical retail, everything changed — I’d found both purpose and passion.
Over the years, I’ve seen our industry transform repeatedly. I’ve embraced every shift — diving in headfirst, learning, experimenting, and building stronger systems each time.
What drives me now is helping others do the same: embracing innovation confidently, without losing sight of the human connection and quality of care that define this field.
